With a combined 40 years of industry experience, we have seen firsthand the challenges that small manufacturers face—whether it’s a lack of adequate support after purchasing new equipment or the high costs of OEM parts. Too often, businesses are left with ill-equipped technicians relying on expensive trial-and-error solutions or are forced into unnecessary service calls for issues that could be resolved with basic guidance. Jason started with a background in Electronics, specializing in Robotics and Automation. After gaining experience in custom automation, he moved into Industrial Millwrighting (433A), where he found his niche in food manufacturing.
Brian started his career as a motorcycle mechanic some 20 years ago, after years in the industry he decided to become a Millwright (433A) and, like his brother, ended up in food manufacturing. He is currently working towards his industrial electricians license.
